Safety
JoyJoy Helpers · Tiny Games by Purelandic. Last updated May 2026.
The short version
JoyJoy Helpers is for toddlers and young children playing with a caregiver nearby. It is calm, short, and free of chat, ads, or links during play.
Who this is for
For toddlers and young children who are not reading on-screen text yet. Always with a grown-up nearby.
Screens and co-play
Pediatric groups emphasize quality and togetherness over a fixed minute count. JoyJoy Helpers is built for that pattern. You sit beside your child, share a keyboard, name helpers out loud, and pause often.
- Keep sessions short. End while it is still fun and move to off-screen play.
- Stay engaged. Young children learn more when a caregiver joins in, not when a device runs alone in their hands.
- Protect sleep and meals. Do not let play crowd out rest, food, or time outdoors. Many families avoid screens in the hour before bed.
- Choose the right screen. Laptops and desktops are easiest to share at a desk. Handheld phones are a poor fit for toddler co-play. A tablet with a physical keyboard may work. We are still evaluating that setup.
This is practical guidance for caregivers, not medical advice. For family rules you can adapt, see the AAP Family Media resources on HealthyChildren.org.
What you will see

Parent gate
Grown-up settings sit behind a simple math prompt so young players cannot change them by accident.
